5 Budget must haves for under £15 (ft Revlon, Revolution,Maybelline and MUA)

Over the last couple of weeks I have been roaming the drugstore shops like Boots and Superdrug for the best product must haves you need in your make up kit and they are all under £15, what could be better than that.

IMG_0504First thing on the list is the Revolution liquid highlighter in the shade euphoric gold. This has been highly recommended on so many beauty blog posts I just had to give it ago and its perfect. With the dropper you can get just the right amount you want and I’ve been blending it out with a damp beauty blender or a fluffy contour brush. This product is only £6 and is perfect dupe, for the Cover Girl and iconic London Liquid Highlighters.

The second item, while we are taking about highlighters is the MUA undress your skin. The shade is iridescent gold and the price of this is unbelievable at £3. The product is just a dream, it takes just a few goes and the pigment starts to show but this is lovely on its own but I have even been adding it over the top of the liquid revolution one, this just gives your skin an extra shimmer. As you can see I have a thing for the gold lighter highlighters, they come in a variety of colours and they are all a must haves and at only £3 why not.

The third item is the Revlon color stay foundation. This foundation I came across while on the hunt for the perfect foundation for many different skin tones, I am training to become a make up artist and wanted to find the prefect foundation that had a huge colour variety, this is a medium- full coverage but at the same time very buildable without looking cakey, this is the most expensive out of my selection but still only £12.99. After trying this out for a couple of weeks I then went back to my mac foundation and have reverted straight back to this Revlon one.

The fourth item is another foundation, but, I have been using it as a contour stick and because it is a foundation it is so silky and soft and really is so easy to blend, I just apply it to my checks, forehead and jaw line and blend with a real techniques contour soft brush and buff it into my face leaving if looking really natural. The colour I use is natural beige (150).

IMG_0509The final item is the Maybelline fit me concealer, in the lightest shade they have which is the shade number 05, with this concealer been so light I only apply under my eyes. This is to brighten and lift the appearance of the eyes. I like having the concealer you use under your eyes a lighter shade than your foundation. Any other concealers to cover blemishes need to be a similar colour to the foundation applied. This is a make up must have and lasts all day without any creasing.

These are my 5 must haves under £15, I would love to know your recommendations let me know in the comments below.
